Jay Idzes Tops Market Value List of Indonesian Players in Europe at Rp173 Billion

Several Indonesian national team players who are currently competing in European leagues have recorded varying market values, reflecting their performances and career progress. Based on estimates from Transfermarkt, their valuations range from tens to hundreds of billions of rupiah, showing the growing presence of Indonesian talent in Europe.
Jay Idzes stands at the top of the list as the most valuable Indonesian player in Europe. The Sassuolo defender in Serie A is valued at around 10 million euros, or approximately Rp173 billion. His market value has risen steadily since moving to Italy, supported by consistent performances and gradual career development across clubs in Europe.
Kevin Diks holds the second-highest valuation among Indonesian players in Europe. The Borussia Mönchengladbach defender is currently valued at around 5 million euros, or roughly Rp86 billion. His value has fluctuated over recent years, reflecting changes in form and playing time, but has shown recovery with improved stability in Germany.
Mees Hilgers has experienced a significant decline in market value due to injuries, inconsistent performances, and reduced involvement at FC Twente during the 2025/2026 season. Once valued as high as 10 million euros, his current estimate has dropped to around 4 million euros, marking a notable decrease in his standing.
Emil Audero and Calvin Verdonk complete the group of Indonesian players with notable market values in Europe. Audero, currently on loan at Cremonese, is valued at around 3.2 million euros, despite previously reaching a much higher peak earlier in his career. Meanwhile, Verdonk’s value has reached 3 million euros after his move to Lille, representing the highest point of his professional journey so far.
