Igor Tudor’s Turbulent Season Continues with Tottenham Exit After Juventus Sack

Igor Tudor has parted ways with Tottenham Hotspur after a short and difficult spell in charge, marking his second dismissal in a single season following his earlier exit from Juventus. His departure comes after just seven matches at the helm.
The decision had been widely anticipated due to a disappointing run of results in the Premier League. Tottenham struggled to find consistency under Tudor, managing only one draw and suffering multiple defeats, which ultimately undermined his position at the club.
Although the announcement was delayed for about a week, the separation was later confirmed as a mutual agreement. The delay allowed Tudor time to deal with a personal loss, as he had recently experienced the passing of his father. Alongside him, members of his coaching staff also left the club.
During his brief tenure, Tudor recorded just one win, a narrow victory against Atletico Madrid, along with a single draw and several losses across competitions. His earlier spell at Juventus had also ended on a poor note, following a series of draws and consecutive defeats that led to his dismissal.
Despite these setbacks, Tudor’s career remains closely tied to Italian football. He spent years as a player in Serie A with clubs like Juventus and Siena, and later built his coaching résumé with teams such as Udinese, Verona, and Lazio, shaping much of his professional identity in Italy.
