Final Promotion Battle Heats Up as Two Clubs Secure BRI Super League Spots
PSS Sleman and Garudayaksa FC have officially earned promotion to the BRI Super League for the 2026/2027 season after impressive campaigns in the Pegadaian Championship. Their success has now shifted attention toward the race for the final promotion ticket, which promises an intense finish.
PSS Sleman secured their place after finishing at the top of Group B with 56 points from 27 matches. The team displayed remarkable consistency throughout the season, collecting 16 wins, eight draws, and only three defeats. Their strong performances in crucial matches helped them stay ahead of several close competitors in the standings.
Garudayaksa FC followed with an equally solid campaign in Group A. The club gathered 52 points from the same number of matches, recording 14 victories along with 10 draws and just three losses.
