Rafael Leao Linked with Al-Hilal Move as Milan Exit Rumors Intensify

Rafael Leao is reportedly moving closer to the end of his long journey with AC Milan after spending seven seasons at San Siro. The Portuguese forward has become one of the main topics ahead of the summer transfer window as Milan are believed to be open to selling him. His inconsistent performances this season have increased speculation that both the player and the club may soon choose different paths.

Leao's struggles have become more noticeable since being used in a central attacking role under coach Massimiliano Allegri. While Leao remains one of the team's most talented players, his impact has reportedly failed to meet expectations during important moments of the campaign. Because of this situation, Milan are now said to be more willing to negotiate offers than in previous years.

Although Leao previously carried a release clause worth 175 million euros, Milan reportedly understands that such a figure is unlikely to be reached in the current market. Reports suggest the Italian club may now consider offers between 50 and 60 million euros instead. This adjustment has attracted renewed interest from several clubs searching for a high-level attacking player ahead of next season.

Among the teams connected with Leao, Al-Hilal has emerged as one of the strongest candidates. The Saudi club reportedly remains interested after attempting to sign him in the past. Al-Hilal is currently managed by Simone Inzaghi, and the presence of Theo Hernandez in the squad could create the possibility of rebuilding the successful partnership the two players once shared at Milan.

Leao has also been linked with clubs such as Manchester United and FC Barcelona, although no serious negotiations have reportedly taken place so far. With uncertainty continuing to surround his future, a move to Saudi Arabia is beginning to appear more realistic than before. Even so, questions remain about whether Leao is ready to leave European football while still in the prime years of his career.
