Zinedine Zidane Set to Take Charge of France National Team, Starting New World Cup Cycle
According to renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, Zinedine Zidane is set to take over as the new head coach of the France national team and begin a new World Cup cycle.
Romano reported that Zidane will become France’s next manager. The decision has been clear since November last year and there is currently no doubt about the appointment. Zidane has already assembled his coaching staff, and the relevant contract documents are expected to be officially signed this month.
Going forward, Zidane will lead France through the UEFA Nations League, the 2028 European Championship, and the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
