Persib Loan Saddil Ramdani to Persebaya for 2026/27 Season
Persib Bandung have officially sent Saddil Ramdani to Persebaya Surabaya on loan for the 2026/2027 BRI Super League season. The move is intended to give the 26-year-old winger more regular playing time while allowing him to continue developing and maintaining his form through competitive football.
Saddil was part of Persib’s squad during the 2025/2026 campaign and made 25 league appearances, scoring three goals. He also played an important role as Persib successfully defended their domestic title. His experience extended beyond the league, with the winger featuring seven times in the AFC Champions League Two and contributing one goal.
The temporary move to Persebaya gives Saddil a fresh opportunity to play a bigger role. Persib see regular minutes as an important part of a player’s development, particularly when it comes to maintaining confidence and consistency. The club’s decision reflects its wider approach to managing the squad while considering the individual needs and career progress of its players.
At Persebaya, Saddil will face strong competition for a place in the wide attacking positions. Malik Risaldi remains one of the club’s established options, while foreign wingers Matheus Lagoa and Miguel Pereira are also competing for opportunities. Saddil’s arrival adds another experienced and versatile option to the attacking unit.
With three league goals and seven ACL Two appearances under his belt last season, Saddil arrives with valuable top-level experience. His pace, attacking ability and familiarity with competitive football could strengthen Persebaya’s options on the wings as they prepare for the demands of the 2026/2027 season.
